We assess bachelor’s, master’s or preparation plans alongside your background and compare universities, subjects and language requirements. Intake dates and conditions are confirmed with the selected institution.
Documents are uploaded to the consultancy system and checked before application. Apostille, translation and language requirements depend on the programme; missing items are reported to you.
We follow applications and correspondence, explain contracts and enrolment notices and share payment steps when the university issues its invoice and instructions. Admission and university documents needed for the visa are then followed up.
We prepare the visa file with admission documents, relevant forms and supporting letters, check the file and guide you individually. Appointment and decision timing depend on the authorities; admission or a visa is not guaranteed.
We plan reception and travel to accommodation before arrival and provide practical support for everyday life in your new city. Scope and dates are agreed together.
We guide final enrolment, student cards and university systems and separately plan residence support. Contact continues after enrolment for university communication, academic and administrative steps and everyday matters.
Getting to know your city is part of studying abroad. We help plan first-day transport, banking and phone needs and introduce campus and student systems. We agree the scope in the initial consultation.
