Student residence
Follow a structured process for a residence application based on full-time university studies in Poland.
This basis mainly concerns students starting or continuing full-time higher education. Student status and other conditions are assessed together. Preparatory and language courses require a separate assessment of the appropriate residence basis.

Process and timing
Company planning example from student cases: a fingerprint invitation may take around 5–7 months, followed by an additional period of about 2 months for case progress. This is not an official timetable; the authority sets appointments, decision dates and card delivery, and delays are possible.
