01Can you help me visit my child studying in Poland?
Yes. We assess your child’s situation in Poland, your visit plan and circumstances in Türkiye. In suitable cases we support invitation and visit-application preparation.
02Does the person inviting me have to be a relative?
We also assess genuine visits to friends and acquaintances. Your relationship, the host’s situation and purpose are discussed at consultation.
03Can every student in Poland issue an official invitation?
We do not assume this automatically. We assess the host’s status and eligibility before offering official-invitation support. The applicable framework is reviewed for your case.
04Does obtaining an invitation mean the visa is certain?
No. An invitation supports the application; it is not a visa or entry permission. The competent authority assesses the full application.
05My host is in Poland and I am in Türkiye; how do you coordinate?
Invitation support in Poland and visit-application preparation in Türkiye are coordinated in one consultancy process. Roles and timing are agreed for your and your host’s circumstances.
06Should I present a family visit as a tourist holiday?

07Can several relatives plan a visit together?
We can discuss a shared visit, but each applicant’s circumstances are assessed separately. One person’s eligibility or approval does not guarantee another’s outcome.
