Airport pickup
Pickup scope and transport to accommodation are planned in advance, according to airport and arrival time.
Moving in
We review keys, check-in time, house rules and first-day needs, including the handover record, inventory and meters where relevant.
Getting around
We explain the route to campus, public transport and ticket/card choices. Eligibility documents for student discounts are checked separately.
Banking and SIM cards
We help compare options and prepare documents. Account opening and SIM registration depend on the bank’s or operator’s current requirements.
